The Excitement is BUILDING! – TX Mu 2026

Brothers we are breaking ground on the new Sig Ep Grand Hall & Pavilion (the “Grand Pavilion”) in June 2026!

The vision for the Grand Pavillion at Texas A&M is about far more than bricks, wood, and a roof. It is about creating a permanent home for generations of brothers who will pass through our Texas Mu chapter, shaping leaders, friendships, and character along the way. The Grand Pavilion will serve as a Chapter House and the heart of that experience—a place where young men and alumni gather to learn from one another, build lifelong bonds, create lasting memories, host alumni events, and carry forward the values that have defined Sigma Phi Epsilon for decades at Texas A&M University. Development of the Grand Pavilion ensures that the traditions, mentorship, and brotherhood - that defined our own time at Texas Mu - will continue to thrive for those who follow.
Now is the time to get involved and be a part of the Grand Pavilion. Confirm your legacy and history with our Great Chapter. There are fully tax-deductible naming rights and ”In Memoriam” opportunities available, and we'd love to hear your ideas on this.

OTHER WAYS TO GIVE
Stock and Securities – Gifts of Stocks and Securities can provide unique benefits to the donor and provide the full value of the gift to the fraternity. Donor Advised Funds (DAF) – If you have funds in a DAF they can be transferred to the Chapter as a donation. As the tax deduction was taken at the time the DAF was established, it must go to a 501c3 entity. In the case of the gifts would go to the Texas Mu Facility Fund and referenced accordingly.
IRA Gifts (Required Minimum Distributions) - If you are 70½ years old or older, you can make a gift directly from your IRA to the Texas Mu chapter. If you are 70½ or older, you can make a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from your IRA to support the Texas Mu Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. This transfer not only helps sustain our chapter but also reduces your taxable income—a smart way to fulfill your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) without increasing your tax burden. IRA gifts should be directed to the Texas Mu Facility Fund and referenced accordingly.
Donation by way of Hand Written Check - Checks can be made payable to the SigEp Educational Foundation with the memo line filled out to "TX Mu Facility Fund." Checks should be sent to: ATTN: Sig Ep Educational Foundation 310 South Arthur Ashe Blvd Richmond, VA 23220
